Ardentiella Ember Bee Setup

Just got my ember bees today and this is my setup. I think it fits incredibly well with my Begonia Melanobullata. One died in shipping so I’m only starting with 7.

Tropical Vivarium with Cubaris Cherry Blossoms

Just started a new enclosure with 15 cherry blossoms and lots of live plants, mosses, lichens and bracket fungus.

They're still pretty shy though (Day 4), so i hope they're comfortable in it.

The branches with the mycelium, dragon scale fern and lichen are foraged after a rainstorm to ensure minimal pests or pathogens (after a good rinse and quarantine).

A cork tunnel is hidden underneath the branches as the main residence for the isopods, with cholla wood on the wet side, and a red lava rock colonised with mosses on the dry side. Lots of live mosses cover the wet sphagnum moss as well.

The juveniles are more active feeding on dried shrimp, and orange springtails are already established beforehand. The tiny white springtails feed on the fungus constantly. Substrate is about 10cm in depth, with a mix of oak and indian almond.

Humidity is kept at around 70s on the dry side, and 80s to 90s on the wet side, and since i live in a tropical climate, my glass lid is a partial piece of glass so that there isnt too much humidity which can spike pretty quickly.
