Interview question I always struggle with, what kind of answer are they actually looking for?

The question is usually along the lines of: Think of a time when you didn't get along with a colleague, what did you do to resolve the issue?

Been working for over twenty years in very technical fields. I can always smash through technical interview questions but dread getting to HR type questions that they always seem to end on. The question above always seems to one they ask, what is the interviewer actually looking for in an answer?

Openreach main socket and cable found behind built in furniture. Can I move it?

Found the openreach master socket in our main bedroom when I removed the built in furniture. We don't use it and don't want it. Can we just remove it ourselves? Is it best to disconnect it, move it to another room and reconnect it?

Lintel Installation

We are currently in the planning stages for getting a lintel installed above a window in our house. Our plan is to get a structural engineer out to do a survey, drawings and plans (£550+vat) then apply for building regs and finding a builder who will install it.

Are we going about this the right way? I have heard window installers can replace lintels but now sure if they do new installed with all the calcs and regs sign off. I've also seen there are specialist lintel installation companies but none near me. Has anyone had to do this before or does anyone have any advice on how they would do it differently from what we are planning?

Hit my goal, BMI now at 25

Been on mounjaro for nearly a year. Started 17 stone 12lb and now 13 stone 7lbs which for me is a healthy BMI. Now going to start reducing my dose, I have a plan which looks like it will take about 6 months but will see how it goes. Hoping my weight will still drop a little before evening off. Will see how it goes.
