A few questions for anyone taking low dose abilify:
Was it helpful?
What symptoms does it mostly affect for you?
What dose are you taking and did you need to taper up?
Did you have a hard time getting your doctor to consider it?
What side effects have you noticed?

Thanks in advance!

Meeting with my LC specialist in about a week and I really want to tackle my brain fog/cognitive symptoms as they are currently the most persistent symptom I experience.
So my question is: what prescription meds (not supplements) are you taking or have tried for brain fog/cognition and how much did they help?
Thanks!
Okay so I have recently been on a mission to find electrolytes I don't hate that also have a relatively high sodium content. I can't stand any of the electrolyte mixes that have artificial sweeteners in them because they taste too fake sweet to me. I have mostly been consuming nuun because the slight carbonation makes it more tolerable, but the sodium content is pretty low. A lot of people have recommended trioral in this sub and I finally bought some to try. On its own it's pretty damn salty and that's about it. I tried adding some true lemon, which made it slightly more tolerable and at least chuggable but it still just tasted like salty lemon water to me. I then made a very pleasing discovery in the flavor department. If you take koolaid powder and add a small amount to taste to a liter of water and a packet of trioral it basically tastes like extra salty gatorade. I am in NO way claiming this is particularly healthy (artificial flavors, dyes, etc), but it's a great way to add flavor while maintaining the integrity of the trioral without adding extra sugar or artificial sweetener. Also as an added bonus, there are plenty of flavors to choose from!
Tl;dr: add a small amount of koolaid to your trioral and water and it will taste like extra salty gatorade!
