Estate agents- working on Saturdays

Hello. Would anyone be able to tell me which estate agents work on Saturdays and can organize appointments to view flats to let?

I am getting really frustrated with the situation. I've emailed at least 6-7 estate agents and only one replied, but doesn't do viewings on Saturdays. The other agents either not answering the calls and neither reply to my emails. I am really desperate to move soon and because I don't live locally, is difficult to visit the branch in person. Any advice please would be much appreciated.

Apps to meet likeminded people (not dating)

Hello. Are there any apps where we can meet Jewish people in the Uk? Not dating apps please. I've tried Meetup but so far I have no luck. And if there isn't such app yet, is there any IT guru on this community who would be considering on working on a project like this? Some of us live far away from shuls or major cities, therefore it would be lovely to get to know new friends. Thank you for reading this.

What difficulties have you faced when converting?

Hi. I am currently converting with Reform Judaism in the UK. I would like to ask what difficulties have you faced when converting and how you overcame them?

Personally, I find the journey very lonely... Everyone seems to be rushing home after kiddush, Shabbat dinners are almost non-existent, plus living far from the Shul doesn't help either. I have been in this community for over a year and everyone is nice, but is this normal? Because of the location where I live, it is impossible for me to attend any other congregation.

Add to this the fact that I'm also going through a divorce and not being able to share it with someone from the Shul, feels heartbreaking. Also, last week, a friend who has been my anchor throughout the last years in my life informed me that her Christian husband doesn't allow her to be my friend anymore because I am Jewish and anti-Christ. Really??!!

Yes, I know, I must keep some things personal, but I am also a human being who is craving connection and if I cannot find this in a Jewish community space then where else ? Someone asked me today how I was doing, and in my honesty I burst into tears and told them I had a very difficult week to which they panicked, got nervous and left.

I appreciate the culture in the UK might be more private, however I felt lonely from the beginning of my conversion. I wasn't assigned a mentor nor someone who I can ask questions or get advice from. My Rabbi is very kind but there is only so much I can speak with him.

Please understand, I am not judging my congregation nor the denomination which I'm converting under. I am very grateful for being able to convert, but would appreciate some insight into this because my last visits from the Shul, the one from today also, involves me coming back home in tears when I'm supposed to be happy and cheerful for Shabbat.

No nasty comments please, I am dealing with a lot in my personal life ATM. Thank you for reading this.
