What if we built the infrastructure that real estate brokers actually need?

I've been quietly building something in real estate for a while.

It started with one idea, but after speaking with brokers and actually working in the market, we realised there was a much bigger problem hiding underneath it.

So we changed our direction.

We’ve now built and launched the product, and we’re starting to see real demand. The next challenge is getting enough people and properties into the network to prove what we believe can work.

We’re now looking to raise ₹50 lakh to accelerate this next stage.

I’m looking for a strategic investor who understands real estate, marketplaces or PropTech and can bring more than just capital.

I won’t share the entire model publicly, but I’m happy to explain it privately to genuinely interested investors.

If you’re interested, feel free to DM me.

What if we built Zomato or Rapido, but for real estate brokers?

I’ve been working on this idea for a while and we’ve started building it through NearbyAcres.

We’re now looking for investors who are interested in what we’re building and want to be part of the journey.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to share more.

Looking for investors for our real estate startup

We’re currently looking for investors who are interested in early stage real estate and proptech businesses.

I’m building NearbyAcres, a real estate platform focused on connecting genuine buyer requirements with the right properties through brokers, property owners and our own network.

We’re already getting buyer leads and now our focus is on building the property side and expanding our B2B network.

We’re still at an early stage, so we’re looking for someone who can bring more than just capital. Experience, connections and an interest in helping us grow would be a big plus.

If you’re an investor or know someone who invests in early stage startups, feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to share our business model, traction and numbers privately.

Looking for the right person to build this with.

What if there was an app for broker-to-broker deals?

I was thinking about a problem that I keep seeing in real estate.

There are basically two types of brokers:

- Brokers who have buyers but can't find the right properties

- Brokers who have properties but can't find the right buyers

What if there was an app that simply connected these two?

For example:

Broker A has a buyer looking for a ₹50L house in Chennai.

Broker B has a ₹50L house in Chennai but doesn't have a buyer.

The app matches them → they connect → they work together on the deal.

The app wouldn't replace brokers. It would just help brokers find other brokers who have what they need.

I'm curious what brokers think.

If an app could consistently bring you relevant broker-to-broker matches, how much would you pay for it?

- ₹500/month

- ₹1,000/month

- ₹2,000/month

- Pay per successful connection

- Pay only when the deal closes

- Or would you expect it to be free?

And honestly, would you actually use something like this?

I'd really like to hear from brokers who are actually in the market. Is this a real problem worth solving?

Is finding buyers easy or difficult for real estate brokers in India?

Hellow everyone,

Just curious to hear from real estate brokers.

Is finding buyers easy these days, or is it one of your biggest challenges?

How do you usually get buyers? Through referrals, WhatsApp, Meta ads, 99acres, MagicBricks, or something else?

Would love to hear your experience. Thanks!
