Carfax is operating as a theft organization. They will let you sign up for an “unlimited” account and once you begin running reports on the accounts everyday the account protection team who are Warren and Derrick operating that unit will automatically suspend each account. When you call them they act disrespectful they assume things and limit your account because of “high usage” while taking out money from your bank. They will go as far as giving you limited number of accounts and removing ability to add users on your account. They are benefiting on the backs of dealers who don’t run as many reports because it’s not unlimited but they label it as unlimited for them to fool them.
