• Flex room: $2050
• All rooms get good sunlight and have a comfortable layout ☀️

• I’m 27, work in tech, and am moving from Austin (hybrid, office in Lower Manhattan)
• My roommate is 24, recently moved to NYC from Chicago and also works in tech (hybrid, office near 28th St)
• We’re clean, respectful, social, and would love to actually be friends with our roommate
🏡 Lifestyle:
• We cook ~3–4 times a week
• I’m non-vegetarian, my roommate is vegetarian (both mindful of shared kitchen space)
• We enjoy game/movie nights, going out on weekends, cafe/bar hopping, and exploring NYC
• We value a clean and positive home environment
