How to use normal notifications instead of constant buzzing like an alarm?

I want my reminder notifications to buzz once, just like when I received a text message or an email. Instead, they act like an alarm and keep buzzing and buzzing. I'm new to the app, am I missing an obvious setting? It seems like the "constant reminder" setting just reminds you every 5 minutes, that's fine, the part that annoys me is vibrating a dozen times in 30 seconds. I turned off alert mode and that didn't change it either, I'm not really understanding what that's supposed to do

Need new summer wardrobe - what do we think of these h&m linen pieces?

What do we think of each of these (mostly) linen pieces from H&M? (The blue shirt is the only one that's not h&m, I already own that one)

I've recently started elevating my cool weather style with mid-to-high-rise pants, straight jeans, and a lot of tucked casual button-ups (mid-century academic with a bit of a modern twist, maybe?). But now it's summer and I can't wear jeans all the time. I hate most of my shorts from past seasons. I'm not sure how to carry my new aesthetic into the warm weather, so I'm looking for any recommendations for shorts or lightweight pants that I can style in a similar way. (I'm a soft autumn, and I love these earthy tones.)

What is this pink clump in my creatine?

I've seen this in a couple batches now of my Sunwarrior active creatine. Any idea what it is? Should I start buying a different brand?

I feel like my fashion sense got suddenly better over this last winter. Problem is, now it's getting warm, and I don't know how to transfer everything I learned about pants over to shorts. Few things I learned that I like about jeans:

  1. I like a higher rise than I used to, especially with a tucked shirt for good proportions.

  2. I like a looser fit than I used to. I'm 31 so I grew up with slim fit being the norm, now I finally found the comfort and confidence of straight or slightly loose.

But shorts are harder to tuck into, and have a different set of criteria around fit.

My biggest questions are:

  1. What kind of shorts do you buy? Chino/khaki shorts, jean shorts, and cargo shorts are all I can even think of. I don't work an office job, so I like smart casual. In winter, I usually go jeans and either a T-shirt, a casual button down (think linen or light cotton, often with 2 buttons undone and often tucked), or a sweater

  2. What to look for in fit? How tight/baggy should shorts be, since they're just the thighs

  3. How to get good proportions like with pants, but without the weird look of tucking into shorts?
