Help with heat rash marks

Hiii, I would love some suggestions for products to use please! The heat has obviously been a nightmare recently, I don't tend to sweat that much nowadays, but when it's hot I sweat from my knee pits really bad. My skin gets itchy very easily over nothing (I have a whole host of things that are comorbid with MCAS and I should really get that checked out), and my calves have been nightmarishly itchy in this weather, plus pollen sensitivity, to the point I've gotten hives/heat rash that I've then broken the surface of when scratching.

I hate my legs enough as it is, skin wise and shape wise - I am very close to being diagnosed with POTS and my legs and feet have always healed very slowly, presumably due to poor circulation. So I have thin skin, prominent veins and now the marks don't help at all. I assume it's PIE, most of them are now 'healed' and smooth, but still very red. I don't do much to my legs aside using a gentle body scrub once or twice a week, and then aveeno blue lotion (when I remember...). I'll up my routine indefinitely to sort this out though! Please excuse the lax leg shaving too, have been avoiding that to avoid making itching worse haha.

Side note, I'm also on roaccutane but a very low dose of 10mg, so my side effects have been very negligible.

2D indie animation with a dog and her baby cousin (?)

Late 2010s I think, I have no sense of time. Could be 2020s. Indie 2D animation on YouTube, I think there were a few episodes. Short, couple minutes each max. Light brown dog voiced by an American woman. My brain keeps telling me her name was Buttercup but that's not yielding any results, but I'm leaning towards a B-name. Pretty sure she's on instagram too.

The episode I remember was her talking to her baby niece (I think? Could be similar relative/kid of friend), also a dog, who put a little mane on and said 'I'm a wion, rarrgh". The voice work is definitely the vibe of 'I recorded me and this kid just speaking and then animated it'.

The only other quotes I remember are [Her: how are you doing today? Kid: I do... Awight!] and at the end she's like "whoa, okay man". My wife and I quote "I do awight" all the time and it's driving me insane lol.

Hiya, painting the living room walls soon, and we're going to be doing some funky shapes/a multicoloured stripe. I don't want to buy a 1L can of paint for each colour 4-5 colours) as we won't need even nearly that much, but from what I understand, tester pots aren't the same quality as big tins? There are some colours we like from Valspar and because they do huge tester pots (way more in capacity and price than necessary, really...) it would be perfect for this, though I haven't liked the quality of the testers I've used from them before. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice?
