Who will be your starting striker?
Pretty simple, who is expect to start up top for you guys? And could it be a front 2 or Wissa/Osula with a Woltemade behind?

Pretty set on idea of Haaland + Bruno + Palmer
Need help with which 3 4.5m defenders. I think I'm set on Kayode + Mitchell and then the last spot I think I want a Brighton player when looking at rotations but unsure whether to go for Boscagli (better for defcon) vs Kadioglu (better attacking threat), I think both should be nailed? The other options I was looking at here is Shaw (not sure he is a good long term pick with his fitness + Utd maybe signing another LB), maybe De Cuyper (if he really will be starting at LW, but I'm not sure on his long term game time), Rodon (defcon monster), Reinildo (concerned about Sunderland regressing). any thoughts + any 4.5m defenders I missed.
Wissi spot? I think Newcastle will do okay and quite like Wissa if he will start + maybe on pens, but obviously idk if he will start? Other options here I like are Evanilson or Igor Jesus but their fixtures are worse. Richarlison/Solanke, I just don't know about their minutes for more long term + not sure I want to waste my 3rd Spurs spot on one of them when I think Spurs could do quite well. I'm not a fan of the Brobbey pick due to him playing in a worse offensive side, Sunderland playing in europe, not on pens, and i think sunderland may struggle a bit to be honest. Is wissa the first choice? and if not is their a clear first choice striker for Newcastle, if there isn't I think I may just downgrade this position and upgrade Buendia or the defence.
let me know any thoughts, thanks
For around 10 months now I’ve been dealing with what feels like a nose/sinus problem. My symptoms are a somewhat blocked nose, lots of mucus sitting in back of throat (particularly bad when I first wake up), ears feel somewhat blocked to the point of it feels harder to breathe specifically through the nose. My nose isn’t runny but often feels like I have to blow my nose - at which point mainly clear, liquid snot/mucus comes out. sometimes when blowing my nose so hard I can feel the mucus move into/out of my mouth and back of nose. I often once a day have a strong and firm clearance of my nose where I will blow hard out of one nostril (press down on the other) and I’m able to get lots of thick/green mucus out that feels like its blocking my nose but then the issue arises each day again, this clearance often works best after sport or in the shower (no idea if there’s a correlation) but this is the only time the mucus/snot is actually a thick and greenish substance rather than clear.
Been to see multiple different nurses/doctors on different occasions over past 10 months (since issue first started), first just prescribed a nasal rinse. Then I’ve been prescribed different steroid nasal sprays on other occasions. There was no improvement in the symptoms since taking any medications. At first realising this wasn’t a cold I researched it and presumed I had post-nasal drip however each time I’ve been to the GP (3 times) and once to a nurse (first time as I didn’t get accepted to see a doctor as it was classed a minor issue) they all said it wasn’t that. They all looked in my nose/ears etc.
I asked chatGPT (I know not the best but I would like some sort of idea), what it thinks and it says something like Chronic rhinosinusitis. I’m looking to now go through private and see an ENT specialist about the condition, but I mainly just want to know what is wrong and how to stop it. The symptoms are not even making life as difficult as when you have a bad cold, and are my main issue is they’re just a nuisance and I know my sinuses/nose doesn’t feel normal. If you’re wondering why I haven’t see a specialist sooner, it’s because A) it isn’t that impactful on my day to day life and B) the meetings with the nurse then 3 doctors where spaced out and they’d say “comeback in 2/3 months if conditions have improved”; with my last meeting being end of May with one doctor before I visited the US for 2.5 months (have now returned to UK) - they particularly said that as I was changing location drastically (South England to North US), if it was an allergy issue maybe it would clear up (but that hasn’t happened).
Whilst I wait to see a specialist, does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? Is ChatGPT right?
Also if it’s useful, I’m a 20 year old uni student in England (male).
