SW:321lb Height: 5’9" Age:39F

A year ago I did Tirz injections for a month and didn’t lose any weight so I stopped. Then I tried Wigovy pills and couldn’t deal with the headaches I was getting and stopped that too.

I recently was put on Foundayo .8mg and I’m on day ten and have lost 7lbs. Weighted at 314.4lb this morning and I’m utterly shocked. What is happening to my body?

The only side effect I have so far is fatigue. I could sleep at anytime of the day. Coming from someone who has been averaging 4-5 hrs of sleep, this is a bonus.

Anybody else a fast responder? Is this inflammation going doing or am I losing muscles?

38F turning 39 soon and freaking out about my finances since 40 is right around the corner.

Started over 2 yrs ago post divorce with a negative NW but now sitting at $25K. About $22K in car debt and no other debts. $126K salary. Should add now single mom of 3 under 9.

Currently maxing out my 401K and Roth IRA for 2026 and investing everything in the Roth. 401K is employer run so can’t touch that.

So we’re looking at closing 2026 at approximately $66-70K NW with market returns + employer 401K match.

What is one thing you did that radically changed the trajectory of your life and finances to get you where you are?

If you’ve made the switch from BSA to Cyber (Soc, GRC, Audit etc.) - can you share your experience? Did you take any course? Complete certs? How long did it take you from the moment you made the decision to landing the job? Do you like it?

if you’re in an organization with more than 100 employees in the BSA dept, what is your department structure? From BSA officer to Analyst - how many managers? How many teams? How many analysts per team? Do you have different tiers for analysts or managers etc?
