Hi seniors,

I'm an incoming fresher (2026 batch) trying to make an informed branch/college decision before my counselling deadline closes. I tried reaching out to a few seniors on LinkedIn already — only one conversation actually went through, rest didn't reply (totally get it, everyone's busy). Thought I'd try here too.

Would really appreciate if any senior could share:

  • Branch-wise placement stats for 2023, 2024, 2025 (or whichever years you have)
  • Median/average package per branch (not just highest package — that skews things)
  • Placement % (how many opted in vs actually got placed)
  • Any branch that saw a noticeable dip or jump recently
  • Which companies typically visit which branches

If it's easier to just talk it through, I'm happy to DM or hop on a quick call — will keep it short, just trying to cross-check what I'm seeing on placement cells' websites against real numbers.

GGSIPU CET Counselling 2026 . How many rounds total? Last date to withdraw?

Need some clarity from people who've been through GGSIPU counselling before:

  1. How many rounds does GGSIPU CET counselling have this year. (Round 1, Round 2, and then what , spot/mop-up rounds too?)
  2. What's the last date to withdraw from GGSIPU without losing the full fee, and does the deadline change based on which round you're allotted in/
  3. If someone withdraws after choice locking in a later round, is the refund policy different from Round 1/

Trying to time this against my other counselling options, so exact dates (not just check the website) would help a lot. Sharing your own timeline/experience would be great too.

Finally got my package for making my mail day! Been waiting on this order for a bit and it finally showed up today. Packaging was solid, no dents or bent cards, everything wrapped up nice and tight in bubble wrap. Well i forgot to record an unboxing video . I too got it at mrp.

MMMUT Gorakhpur seat fee — is it 80k + 57k? Also need help on withdrawal/refund timing

Got a seat at MMMUT Gorakhpur and trying to confirm a few things before I lock in:

  1. Is the total fee to confirm seat ₹80,000 + ₹57,000 (₹1,37,000 total)? Can someone who's paid confirm the actual breakup?
  2. If I withdraw after the current round, do I get a refund? How much gets deducted?
  3. Can we withdraw after Spot Round, or does the window close before that?
  4. What's the actual last date to withdraw with refund eligibility this year?

Anyone who's gone through MMMUT counselling recently, please help — trying to make a decision before other counsellings (JoSAA/CSAB/DAU) close out too. Thanks in advance!

MMMUT Gorakhpur Round 3 result not showing on portal , anyone else facing this?

Hey everyone,

MMMUT Round 3 allotment results are supposed to be out, but my result isn't showing on the portal at all. No allotment status, nothing — just a blank/loading state where the Round 3 result should be ,This is worrying because the Freeze/Float/Withdraw window is time-sensitive, and if the portal doesn't show my status I can't take any action in time.Has anyone else faced this issue? Did it eventually show up, or did you have to contact the admission cell directly to get it sorted? Any helpline number or email that actually got a response would help a lot.

Regarding the payment of seat acceptance fee

I have been alloted CSE at Patiala campus , its showing that i have to pay 3.55 l , the question is what amount would be refunded if i withdraw at later if I dont want any seat / what amount would be taken by them as penalty ?
