I was recently diagnosed with CU. my symptoms are mild compared to many but start within 10-15minutes of being outside on a hot day, significantly worse when sweating. Do you every go outside in the summer or go on vacation?? I want to be active and enjoy the sun :(

I've been struggling with a bulge that comes from the anterior side of my rectum and pushes toward the posterior side. It doesn't push down and doesn't push in the vagina wall. Has anyone experienced this before? It seems like a rectocele would bulge the opposite way. I do have an appointment schedule but I'm feeling nervous.
