Wife has been looking for a job for 8 months.
Hi - I know the job market is rough. Wife has 15+years of banking/financial crimes experience. She's applied to 40 or so jobs on LinkedIn and hasn't gotten a single interview.
She starting to get fed jobs that she's already applied to.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
