So he literally chose to be in my hand like this lol and his beard isn’t black so he doesn’t seem pissed off. Is he just asserting his dominance over me? 🥴 lol

I wanted to formally introduce my little guy/funky weird dude/strange man Shenron! He’s around 11 yrs old. I got him in 2017 from my friends brother who only had him a few months and before that apparently he had owners that were inexperienced and kind of neglectful. That being said I’ve struggled to get him to eat veggies literally until LAST YEAR but now all of the sudden he eats anything and everything ?! He’s an old dude but he’s healthier than he’s ever been and he’s got so much personality for a reptile it’s crazy. He used to like snuggles more but I think now with his healthier eating habits he has a lot more energy and so he likes to run around more lol. He’s still probably one of the nicest reptiles I’ve ever met though. He NEVER black beards I think he only has maybe twice that he’s been spooked. He HATES when my wife does yoga though (he runs back and forth in his tank glass surfing and head bobbing 😫) but without further ado here’s my funny guy and some of my favorite pictures of him 🥰

When I used to hold him he would always try to hold onto me but lately, not every time, but sometimes he does this, pushing himself as far from me as possible and then that makes him start to fall but then he grabs on and seems to be slowly repelling down me lol. Idk if this is just him saying he doesn’t want to held or what l

I know that his fat pads on the top of desperately need help, im working on that but otherwise does he look like he’s a normal healthy weight? He gets a salad daily and he gets insects a few times a week. He’s about 10 years old!
