Has anyone received their eligibility/package for federal student loans?

I requested them mid June.

She stood small conquering her captor. Sleeping
deep inside three hearts beat as one.

They survive another day by floating far away.

Lethargic linoleum giving way to beams
rotted
by salted rain.

Though he tugged along her seams she grew tall against ivy covered trees.

What remains of the three? She waits patiently.
