I started the 1.5 mg pill on Saturday. Since then, I have had periodic episodes of vibrations in/on my right foot. It feels like standing on a floor above machinery or something that would vibrate the floor, but it happens in all different places and not just one spot.

It isn’t constant and it doesn’t last long. It doesn’t hurt or feel tingly like my foot fell asleep. Just the sensation of vibrations under my foot (with or without shoes).

I don’t know if it’s connected but the timing is certainly coincidental.

Other than that, all good. Little bits of nausea if I don’t eat for too long into the morning but it goes away with a snack.

I was previously on the Wegovy injections for just under two years. Hit my goal weight within the first year, then worked on maintenance, eventually going every two weeks in the 2.4 shots. Around February of this year, I decided to stop. Weight came back in fast, and the hunger never went away. Gained back 20 of my 55 lbs lost. At the beginning of May, I decided to start the pills because I just didn’t want to keep gaining, and have to pay cash price as my new insurance won’t cover me. I waited to start the meds until the weekend (received on May 11) in case of side effects. Feel good so far, and am down 4 lbs in 4 days. I will say it must be Water and inflammation lessening because that’s quick. I feel so much less bloated. I really just want to lose the 20 and keep maintaining and am pretty optimistic about this!

I ran into my local 7-11. Totally served myself. There is a tip jar on the counter. I tipped myself for all of my hard work and amazing service.
