First time ever hitting 700+ credit score after years of bad credit what should I focus on next?

I’ve had bad credit for years, so seeing a 700+ score for the first time honestly feels crazy. My Equifax is 734 and TransUnion is 721, but my Experian/FICO scores are still lower (around 612–688 depending on the app).

Most of my score increase came from lowering utilization.
What should I focus on next to get into the mid/high 700s?
Lower utilization even more?
Pay off personal loans/cards first?
Stop applying for cards for now?
Best way to get Experian/FICO to catch up?
