recommendations for surgeons in lake county IL/chicago suburbs

i've lost 115 pound and am definitely at that point i wanna get my arms done. i've never had any surgery before and im extremely anxious about being put under general anesthesia. can anyone recommend an excellent doctor who performs brachioplasty under local anesthesia? and if possible can you post your before and afters photos?

just saw a dr about my bunion...

he recommended wide shoes and anti inflammatory cream. i asked about minimally invasive surgery and he said i would have to be put under anesthesia and i was really hoping i would be able to just be given local. my right one hurts way worse than the left and i feel like new shoes are not gonna cut it. ugh.
