Continuing to thin the herd even though it is painful for me to move on from this one. I purchased this beauty here on the BST a few months ago and that owner said they only used it for test cuts on carrot and onion. I have used it to meal prep twice, the edge is still stupid sharp, it’s ready to rock for the next owner.

This knife is just absurdly gorgeous, the cladding line almost looks like lightning is striking when you move it under the right lighting. The handle is a masterpiece and the fit and finish is great. I love the finger notch, it’s very comfortable to use. I have nothing but amazing things to say, it’s hard to find a knife with this combination of looks and performance in this price range. Very thin grind but not quite a laser, there is some convexity with better food release than your standard laser.

I am just looking to get my money back, let’s call it $510 shipped, price includes shipping and PayPal G&S.

For sale is a lightly used 190mm kiri cleaver from Matsubara in blue #2 steel. I absolutely love this knife, it is such a great cutter on vegetables. I simply have too many knives and need to declutter. This has been sharpened one time when it was purchased by Mark at chef knives to go. I have used this around 7-10 times and the edge is still sharp. There is a light patina on the core steel.
