So I’m currently 90% disabled. While I was in service I had an abdominal surgery that left me with having severe pain anytime I need to have a bowel moment, lost of function in most of my abdominal muscles, and a hernia the size of my palm. I was rated 0% for my hernia. I am currently doing nursing school but due to the pain when I have to lift, I have been struggling. I have a hard time finding a job due to my mental health issues and the lack of physical family support I have for my kids. One came from the act of violence. So between my physical pain, my mental health, and my kids I have an extremely hard time keeping a job and even going to school. I wanted to know if it is worth trying for Tdiu or if there are other claims I should fine instead.

Wanted to know what to expect. My ex husband threatens to file me for custody if I put him on child support. For reference, we have a four year old that he has only seen maybe 5 times and hasn’t seen since she was 3. I live in Virginia, he lives in Texas and never tries to visit her. We tried to rekindle our relationship ( I know, dumb) and we also have a 7 month old that he didn’t claim the entirety of the pregnancy and has now decided to claim but has never tried to see. I wanted to know what the visitation agreement would possibly look like.
