Car rental

I am 22 years old from London, I have had my UK automatic driving license since August 2024 (which is 2 years already). I am very curious about driving but atm I really don't want to buy a car as I have got in a new job recently. I want to hire a car for like a month, just to fulfill my wish. Where in London can I get a company which is very genuine, reasonable price range and would provide me car rental for a month? I looked for some leasing companies but they do a minimum of 24 months which is not necessary for me at all, I only want it for 1 month.

I looked into Enterprise, but their minimum age requirement is 25 years, and Europcar won't provide automatic cars to me as I am 22 years old. I am not sure if I can get anything from Sixt or any other companies as I have looked into their trustpilot reviews and it is genuinely very bad.

Also, I would like to know if I can get a good rental suggestion from any of you, then how can I do the insurance? Is rental insurance high? Can I include theft and everything in that?

One last thing is about the parking, where can I find cheaper parking lots? I live in E1 area.

Thank you very much for your kind response IA

Day Insurance on Imported Cars

Basically me and my friend was planning for a 3 days Scotland trip from London. My friend owns an imported Toyota Prius 2015 model. We both was planning to drive 50/50 but now the problem is i cant get an insurance for his car, from either cuvva, or any other day insurance companies as they say the car is imported and they are unable to insure it. My friend is saying he will drive alone, but I dont think it's possible for him to do it all the way alone from London. Could you please suggest me an insurance company that would do day insurance for 3-4 days? It's actually very urgent as we are already planning to book the airbnb as well. If no insurance company does it then is there any alternative way to do it? PS: Me and my friend we both are 22 years and we've held our driving license for more than a year

Creatine side effects

I started going gym since end of november 2025, i hit 4 days a week, hitting all muscles once a week. I lost 12 kg weight which was very good apparently, but now the problem is whenever i go gym, i get a pump but that does not last more than 2 hours. Now a couple of my friends are saying i need to start taking creatine which will help me to build muscle easily, but i am genuinely very tensed about that. I know that is the most researched supplement in the world, but what are the long term disadvantages of that? If i take around 3-5 grams a day, and stop taking it at one point, will i lose a lot of muscle? will there be a very noticeable change?
