It's been over 8 weeks on meds and I don't see a difference and I'm frustrated
Two months ago I was put on Levo and I thought it'd be the answer to some of my problems. I've had chronic anxiety which has gotten so much worse since my last lab results in 2024, which led to the conclusion that my thyroid was hypoactive and vitamin d was low so I got put on levo and a prescription vitamin d.
I thought genuinely it would have made a difference by now. I'm wondering if it hasn't worked because I drink regularly (something I'm addressing in therapy). But I'm supposed to make a follow up for lab work and an appointment with my PCP to see if it's made a difference but I can't bring myself to do it. I don't even want to take it anymore. I am just as tired, my sleep schedule is just as fucked, my skin is dry and itchy, and I'm just as depressed and anxious as I was before. My face bloat has not gone away and I feel frustrated. Please give me hope that this will get better because I finally thought maybe I found the answer and so far I'm just more frustrated.

time frame for letter from the US
I have friends in Havana and sent a letter out; obviously things aren't great between both of our countries but I'm hoping my letter at least lands with them. Haven't corresponded in a while.
Any idea of a timeframe is appreciated. I have low hopes.
