Help with viability with newly received lithops

I need some experienced/expert Lithops people to answer this please. I ordered these red lithops because I cannot find them anywhere I roam to purchase. These 5 came with no tap root? They are what appears to be cut off? Will these grow or do I need to contact this seller?

Nothing inside?

Hi all, I have a splitting lithop with nothing inside? I assume this will just die off?

Thank you for any help

Repotting help

Ok I have listened to everyone and am repotting my new ones that are very etiolated and need advice. The ones that are etiolated do I bury them deeper or do I just keep a grow light and they will shrink back down? Also where and when do you get seeds from lithops? I am attaching some of the photos and I have a cluster I just got and planted hoping they are ok this close? I don’t want to pull at them and attempt to get them apart.

I need some advice please

Hi everyone, so glad that I found this group. I have had baby lithops for a while and have transplanted them in a 90% grit mix but I am not sure my mix is really good. Baby’s are different sizes and some are well hydrated and some are tiny. Can someone who has babies and bugs give me exactly what your grit mix would be? I am using perlite and lava rock mix with a little cactus soil. I am in desperate need of planting a pot that I purchased from a vendor online and I have been working them slowly into sun. I have the ones from the vendor under a grow light and they came etiolated. Some of my babies are drying up so I am just really frustrated.

Good Morning,

I found what looks like a seed from a plant that I purchased. I know it is not a seed from the succulent I purchased. Can anyone tell me what type of seed this would be?
Thank you so much
