So, me and my wife are trying to get a mutual divorce.
I believe her lawyer has asked her to ask me for huge sum of money, marriage gold, Kanya dhan. All of it.
And she actually did.

So her ask, she’s asking all of the gold from the marriage. Her side and my side. I’m ready to give what’s hers and also negotiating on the sum she asked me (which is huge, my entire life saving) as she knew my finances too.

So can someone advise me, do I have to give my side of the gold gifted to her legally? Or we can retain what we as given from my side to her as gift? Legally! What’s the right course.

So. I am M36 from delhi and in the process of divorce and it’s mutual mostly.

I wonder till it’s done, what has life to offer ahead as we grow older. What I have learned is I wouldn’t want to be with someone who matches the likings, doing things other and most importantly deeply in love and passionate for each other. I don’t if that happens or not, but can it happen ahead in life?

I am a very disciplined person. I workout, stay fit, I’m 5’11 so I look decent only, I like to work, cook and I like to try good food. I like art, watching movies and travelling.

I am working for a Swiss MNC and have a healthy work life balance.

I don’t know if someone would come by and it turns out well for us. Or I don’t know how it’s out there now.
