Keep forgetting what i read 2 weeks ago, need a solution
I spend hours reading non-fiction, taking notes, and highlighting paperbacks, but a couple of weeks later I barely remember any of it. My highlights just sit in my phone or camera roll going to waste.
I know active recall and spaced repetition are supposed to solve the "forgetting curve," but making Anki cards manually after every chapter takes forever.
For those of you who actually retain what you read:
* How do you set up a daily recall habit that doesn't feel like extra homework?
* Any workflows or apps that seamlessly turn physical book notes into quick daily reviews?
Would love to hear how you guys handle this.
