Day one. Feel wired. Heart palpitations and anxiety. Definitely feel stimulated. And ringing in the ears. Anyone else experience this? Does it go away? Don’t have akathisia, thankfully.
I was on 5mg trintellix for 6 months. 10 days at 7.5mg. Then, 10 days at 10mg. Side effects at 10mg were brutal. Been on 5mg for 4 days. Experiencing withdrawal symptoms, insomnia, anxiety, restlessness. Taking Ativan to help manage.
Anyone have similar experience? How long did it last?
Took 5mg for 6 months. Increased to 7.5mg 20 days ago. Been on 10mg last 10 days. Side effects: insomnia, restlessness, sometimes severe anxiety. The restlessness and anxiety come and go. Insomnia is every night. .5mg of Ativan doesn’t help at all.
On the positive side: I feel I have less negative thoughts. The inner critic seems quieter and less powerful. Head feels clearer and less brain fog, if any.
Any words of encouragement are appreciated. Sometimes feel like going back to 5mg.
