Dawg highkey 373 is 3 pin hot swappable - confirmed

I purchased the Dawg highkey 373 for INR 1900.

I CONFIRM - IT IS 3 PIN HOT-SWAPPABLE.

Mine came with their fiery red switches and checked the swappablity by replacing one with a spare switch I had.

The build quality is outstanding. Heavy metal body. Thocky sound. The volume knob could have been metal too but it is plastic. But good quality.

No RBG, just bright white beautiful 😍 lights. I personally love it since I am not too fond of the generic christmas tree lights.

The base of their red switches is red as well, so the lights kinda have a red glowy shadow on the keyboard body, although it is pure white light through the caps.

The cable is non-detachable but is quite robust.

Purchase of missing spare wheel for Hx2 1.2 petrol

As you all know, the Hx2 1.2 liter petrol variant comes without a spare wheel.

Neither Hyundai showrooms nor Hyundai service centres provide the spare wheel for purchase.

I contacted Hyundai Mobis, Wadala Mumbai. They asked me to share my VIN number. They extracted the part number for my variant's WHEEL ASSY-STEEL.

The part number for the steel wheel of Hyundai venue hx2 is 52910-BQ000. And that of the alloy wheel is 52910-BQ000

It took 12 days to arrive at their Wadala, Mumbai office. From there, they Portered it to my house.

No Engine oil top-up at Hyundai service centers & small cans of oils with less viscosity are not easily available in markets.

According to my visits to the service center, they keep 2 engine oil variants of Shell Helix Hx8 brand:
0w - 20 - for 1.2 liter petrol engines
0w-30 - for turbo engines
Both for their diesel engines

Hyundai-recommended engine oil for specific Hyundai engines (Owner's manual)

They store engine oils in 209 liter barrels exclusively, and are only authorized to dispense 3.5 liters at a time for the purpose of engine oil replacement. They are not authorized to dispense miniscule amounts like 500ml for random top ups. They do not keep 1 liter cans for sale.

Specific case - My new HX2 (3500km) 1.2 liter petrol required a little engine oil top up since it is still breaking in. I went to the service center where everyone from the technician to the branch service manager refused to give me a top up. They asked me to get it from the local market.

My dipstick reading showing low engine oil

The problem is when I went to the local market, they only had 5w-30. They said that they never keep stock of 0w-20 or 0w-30 because there is no demand for these low viscosity oils. And they never keep engine oil from Shell brand.

I finally found a 1 liter can of Shell Helix Hx8 0w-20 (image attached) at a Shell petrol pump. The manufacture date was more than 2 years old but since it was seal-packed and there was no other option, I purchased it.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
