Seeking cactus advice
Bought this little cactus when it was a 1-year old seedling. Gets plenty of direct sun. In a tropical country. It has been 2 years. Has grown a little, but suddenly stopped. Using suitable cactus soil. Water it every week or so. Thought it was dormancy but didnt grow even after watering and fertilizing it. What happened to the cactus? Is it going to flower?
