Hey guys. My wife (bridging visa, in partner visa process) has just renewed her passport within Australia and updated it with her new surname. She submitted the new passport information to her immiaccount as soon as she received it, and it says it's supposed to take up to 3 business days for it to be updated on the immiaccount. However, it's been three weeks and nothing has changed, although it says that the application has been received and submitted. Probably a dumb question, but have we missed something or is it simply a case of immigration being slow to process the changes? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
