I have been looking out to buy a 3bhk with 1.8cr - 2cr budget. I started with tellapur but looking very dense, kollur did look a little good but seemed little far. I live in Bengaluru I don’t see me coming to Hyderabad in near time mostly looking for good rental yields. Coming from Bengaluru Prestige looked good but seeing lot of complaints regarding seepages in Hyderabad so not sure if I want to consider Prestige Golden Grooves in Kollur. Looking for good construction quality, nice ventilation, breathing space and air flow, connectivity matters because looking for nice rental yields -

I really liked sky49 by ananda prosper plan should I go ahead with this? How is the delivery and rental yields.

Given an opportunity I would love to invest closer to offices in FD may be in Kokapet as such.

I am pretty much worried about quality right now and also delays are indefinite in certain projects - muppa melody quality wise its good but little far.

Hey hi, I am looking for a advice on my next career move

I am currently working at FAANG level company with almost 55 base and 35 stocks and this is a public company-

I started interviewing around a month back and got few offers

Leading AI company very big in US for the market they are in - they don’t build frontier models but they are doing good based on valuation terms - same base pay + 250k stocks vested across 4 years equal split

Another small company - US based startup in early stage but team is very good and business is also looking decent - they got leading global investors- almost same base pay + >300k stocks vested across four years equal split

Another AI startup into fintech space - I think this is going to do very well in-terms of business - 70lacs base + 150k stocks vested across 4 years - might increase a bit , the role is FDE

Expecting couple of more offers with 70+ base pay and decent stocks but unsure about the company growth there both of them being startups

For people who moved from FAANG to startups how did it turn out. Has it been good ?

In current work I have good team and WLB but growth and learning looks little stagnant- I am looking for a place where I learn a lot and make good money not essentially now but in future.
