Much better sitting in standing tolerance is this real?

I have around 15° CE-angle bilaterally, and am 9 weeks post PAO+labral repair on the left side. I have already been able to sit and stand much longer comfortably than before, although it is still less than what a normal person could tolerate. I am getting the right side in a few months and have high expectations. I am surprised is it really possible this is all from just rotating this segment in the hip? Does anyone also have had this severe bilateral dysplasia and a similar experience?

constant nerve activation/discomfort/dull presence without pain

I have some dull presence in my left intercostal space without pain, its extremely irritating and i feel it all day long and it makes it impossible to focus on anything. I can deform my left rib cage a bit i can shift around the ribs and it also makes a clicking sound, the right side does not. when i push in my eleventh rib, there is some pain/tender reaction to it. There is no tumor/cyst or anything, that has been ruled out. Has anyone encountered something comparable before and can share some insights?

I suppose this isn't costochondritis, since that is in the front and not with the false ribs?

4 weeks post op, glutes and hamstring nice and firm?

So I have 15° bilateral, before the op while standing my ass on both sides was just a soft mush, zero muscle activation. rn 4 weeks post op left side, i am standing/walking with all my weight in my unoperated leg, and its still soft mush. but when i put some weight like just 20-25 kg into my left leg, it has this nice and firm feeling which is this the arthrogenic muscle inhibition subsiding because the structure was fixed? it cant be this fast right? has anyone experienced this?
