Pain using ergonomic keyboard

#keyboards

At work, I use one of those generic, inexpensive full-size (100%) keyboards. I have a similar setup at home. Recently, I decided to try a more ergonomic keyboard, specifically a 75% layout, in the hope of preventing potential long-term issues.

Since making the switch, however, I've started experiencing mild neck and upper-back discomfort. I've tried several options, including the MX Keys Mini, very low-profile membrane keyboard, low-profile mechanical keyboards from brands such as Keychron and NuPhy, as well as standard-profile mechanical keyboards with different switch types (from red to brown). All of them caused the same symptoms.

If I maintain the exact same posture and use the generic 100% keyboards at home or in the office, I can work for hours without any issues. The only drawback is that the mouse sits farther to the right. Even then, it doesn't really cause problems. At most, I might notice a slight feeling of fatigue in my upper arm at the end of the day, but it usually disappears within 10 minutes.

So why do these supposedly more ergonomic keyboards seem to cause more discomfort than a full-size keyboard that requires me to reach farther for the mouse? Has anyone experienced something similar or have an explanation for this?

Is this a scam, or is he trying to pressure me into cancelling?

I recently bought a keyboard and noticed that two accessories were missing from the listing photos. The seller told me he had simply forgotten to photograph them. Since he has good reviews, I decided to go ahead with the purchase.

I then waited 7 and a half days (5 business days, plus a weekend and half of the purchase day). During that time, he never contacted me, and I also didn’t message him asking when he would ship the keyboard; I'm patient.

On the very last day, I finally received the first message from him since the purchase. He asked for extra time to ship it. His explanation was that the two missing accessories were at his mother’s house, and he only realized that while packing the keyboard during the final hours before the deadline.

After that, he went silent again, even though I sent him a message, not asking about shipping, but about warranty details. He ignored it.

Based on this behavior, if he does end up shipping the keyboard, it feels like he will only do it at the very last possible moment. I’m also concerned because I found a review from another buyer saying this seller sent an item with missing accessories before (although that situation was eventually resolved).

I’m patient, but I really don’t like this kind of communication and behavior.

I clicked the cancel option just to see what choices I had, and there are several different cancellation reasons. Only choosing "agree with the seller" is the only option to avoid 1 star?

He's never on vinted and doesn't reply
