Some useful technique i found to avoid the "brain overloading" (due the external stimuli)
The brain overloads very quickly given the way we process external stimuli. While reading a Taoist text i found a technique that involves focusing the attention on the lower dantian (solar plexus) This makes you think less and keep more Qi or energy inside the body. Of course, it requires constant effort, it's not automatic, but when practiced, it restores some energy. I understand this post is weird and maybe will fit better in a subreddit like /taoism or alikes but i wanted to share it anyway

Note: take this post as entertainment, a shitpost or merely a fiction (or both), that's all it is, because it's impossible to verify 100% the information that comes from hypnosis sessions, i'm just transcripting this because i have not found it in english websites, only in italian and spanish.

Physical description: An average Horus stands between 4 and 6 meters tall. The cubs, already a little over a meter tall, are born emerging from a sac or placenta, which forms externally to the mother's body and is later absorbed after birth. The prison planet has less time left than we think of (info by Malanga)
Brief note: This post seems like written out of pure madness unless you've read Malanga and Jacobs' information, and even if you have, you'll still feel great rejection and disbelief at what I'm saying here.
In his research, some humans are a kind of biological plug (altough these aliens call us "vessels" as Malanga saw) conected to a extradimensional entity, this conection is through a segment of junk DNA that we still don't know about, so the human is "the link between heaven and earth". This entity, called the anima, is only passed on to the offspring and it's the only way, that's why these aliens can't simply produce that piece of dna inside their bodies or try to copy it. A human with one will have offspring who also have the possibility of having one (because it's genetic it's not a garanty). That's why the children of abductees are abducted and their children will be too. Abduction lasts for generations (and only 5% of the 20-25% of humans are abducted repeatedly). The connection to the anima grants a lot of energy (limited by ourselves, since having too much would negatively affect our body and inner organs) and even the immortality (but we are biologically made to last a very short time, so achieving it would require overwriting our entire body). The aliens have two ambitious projects underway: the hybridization project and the human enhancement project. And the second one is a consequence of the first proyect failing. The second project is mentioned in some hypnosis sessions on abductees (if I don't get too many downvotes, I can transcribe that information). The hybridization project involves mixing alien-human hybrids with humans having an anima, to produce offspring who inherit the anima but are more similar to the aliens biologically. Their purpose is to act as a biological bridge, avoiding the rejection of the anima towards the alien during the transfer between bodies. This project is not yet complete, but in a few generations, they will achieve the hybrid they were looking for, and use it as a biological bridge between themselves and the anima, allowing them to transfer it into their own bodies, avoiding the rejection and giving them the opportunity to achieve immortality and higher dimensions (that's what really want: inmortality and the access to higher dimensions, becoming like a god). Some of these hybrids look quite similar to the Greys, others look completely human. Those that resemble the Greys look like the paintings of David Huggins. I personally saw one in a very strange "dream", and they are hairless creatures with large eyes that wield great telepathic powers (because the Greys are telepathic). Those who appear more human have caucasian or asian features, as in the abduction of Peter Khoury. This alien hybridization project is extremely slow, lasting many many human generations, In a dream, Federico Bellini saw that the project would be completed in the year 2500. Autistic people need a stronger community to help each other
The data is conclusive: suicidal thoughts are very high among us (source: Suicide and autism | Autistica), and this implies that there is not enough support in our environment, nor a community where the individual can find refuge, get help, and know how to cope in this largely neurotypical world. What I personally see is that we are very passive and don't help each other enough, and to be less than 1% of the world's population we really need to be united, whether we like it or not, because it's necessary.

There are no brave people; to do something truly liberating, you have to face the unknown and uncomfortable truths, and how many can do that?
