Roommate wanted in Sunnyside
Looking for a roommate for June 1st in Sunnyside. It is a 2 bedroom apartment on 49th street between 43rd ave and Skillman. The room is very large, fits a queen sized bed, desk, shelves, with plenty of floor space left over and a large closet. The rent is $1400 (same as deposit) plus utilities, internet and electric which are usually between $75 - $100 per person, maybe a little more in the summer running A/Cs. There is a large living room and furniture is welcome.
I am a 37 years old guy and my roommate is moving out at end of the month. I work 12-8 most days and I am a musician sometimes and worked as a chef for a long time. I’m very relaxed and open to all types of people, although I do prefer living with clean and respectful people over all else of course.
