Ray-Ban Meta warranty replacement canceled without notice. Anyone else? #Help

My replacement order was scheduled to be delivered today (June 30). I checked the order status this morning, and it still said “Estimated Delivery: June 30.”
A few hours later, I checked again, and the status had changed to “Canceled.”
No email. No text. No phone call. No explanation.
I’m currently on hold with customer service, but this is incredibly frustrating. This isn’t even a new purchase. It’s a warranty replacement that was already approved.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so:
What reason did they give?
Were they able to reinstate the order, or did you have to start over?
How long did it take to get resolved?
I’m trying to figure out if this is a system glitch or just another example of poor customer service.
