2008 5 series issues moonroof

Literally don’t know what to do has this happened to anyone before I tried resetting it and it doesn’t close properly…I tried opening it and when I closed it I heard a MASSIVE CRUNCH

It’s just an old car

it’s happened once before and I didn’t drive it for four days because I was on a trip and when I came home it magically fixed itself

I don’t need a sunroof anyways if I took it to a mechanic could they fix it and just not have it move anymore permanently idk what to do but the car CLEARLY needs to be washed soon sad lol

Hi I’m here looking for a gift idea for my spouses friend and his fiance. I know this is super random but they’re both alums and want to get them something special. Is there a famous restaurant or activity in the area that I can get them a gift card or certificate for? I want to get them something to add to their gift. I thought about some tickets for football games but the wedding is mid june. An example is i met my fiance in SF and a friend got us a certificate for the restaurant we had our first date. Just trying to be sentimental !
