Broke my 3rd metacarpal on eid Al adha, these are follow up pictures taken after 4 weeks in a medical wrap, the doctor told me to wear a brace for two more weeks, I was just wondering when my hand will look normal again so I can go to the gym and box.
I'm afraid of a malunion, doctor told me 4 weeks until medical wrap removal, I got 10 days left, do I need to go now for a realignment or should I just stay put, please im an athlete and really can't wait any longer😢😢😢🙏🙏
I'm 16 rn and I want to get taller, my current height is (176.5cm or 5'9.5) I go to the gym 4x a week, I sleep good, I eat good, I drink milk, can I optimize my height to at least 182-190, ik this sounds extremely delusional, but just bare with me.
reshade installs but the effects don't, i tried enabling TLS 1.1 and 1.2 and disabling TLS 1.3, still nothing How do i fix?
