How do I rejuvenate this grass and fix patches? [Melbourne, Australia]

Hello.

I am located in Melbourne and it is currently Winter, though we are a month away from Spring!

My nature strip can be divided into two sections:

(a) One where the grass is not very dense and a light green. (First pictures)

(b) The other which is broadly quite dense though with a few bare patches. (Last pictures)

With winter in mind, all I have done is water with soil wetter and aerate with a pitchfork. This has improved the overall colour however I am unsure what I should be doing when spring starts.

For context only ~6 months ago dug up the existing ground and put fresh soil and planted with the blend shown in the last image. I have placed more seed as the blend is supposedly relatively suitable for winter, however after doing some reading spring is the time to really attack it.

Any advice as to what I should do when Spring comes is appreciated!

Thanks

How to rejuvenate this lawn?

Located in Melbourne.

This is for our nature strip. I understand that I should be waiting until spring before I do anything, however I am unsure what I exactly I should be doing. The last image shows the seed we used, which is apparently winter friendly and so maybe I could start earlier (?).

The greener section (last few images) have some patches that are devoid of any growth, and I am interested to know what I should be doing to remedy those spots.

All I have done in the past few weeks is aerate with a pitchfork tool and apply soil wetter, which has made it more green.
