im a 19 year old girl and i just moved into my first very own flat in april, when i first moved here my neighbours told me about how loud my downstairs neighbours can be. these neighbours play music till 3am and are shouting on the phone at 7am!!! today i got mad and started banging on the floor, he knocked on my door and asked me why im banging!!! i said your music is too loud and youre being too loud and im trying to sleep, he started shouting in my face and said i play music too loud too!!! (i have friends round every friday at 6pm and play music till about 9) while they play music daily!! i live in a council flat and they rent it out private so im not sure what to do. i've started keeping a record today and if it comes down to it im sure all the neighbours can vouch for me.
