Engine makes grinding noise at high rpms

This sound occurs above 5k rpms and is more prominent as I let off the throttle and push the clutch in. It also sounds like it’s from the passenger side of the engine. I just got the car tuned by zzp recently I’m not too surprised I’m running into some issues. I have a tuner if a scan would help somebody figure it out.

After I leave my pc turned off for a night or so it power cycles the next time I turn it on this can be fixed by resetting the cmos battery. I’ve replace the battery I have no clue what’s causing this it runs fine once the battery is reset and will even turn on and off again with no issues it’s only till the next day it will start power cycling.
