What do you all pay for small business health insurance?

I am self employed with a family of 4. I use gusto's health insurance through my s corp and the rates are just nuts. I just received a 17% rate increase to $2450 monthly and we only used the plan once or twice last year for maybe in urgent care visit when my kid was sick, are there any other options I am not seeing? Tried the marketplace but without subsidies it's basically the same rate as the plan through gusto.

LVP or laminate for a house on a slab?

Currently comparing LVP and waterproof laminate for a few rooms. House is on a concrete slab so floor prep/moisture is probably my biggest concern.

50 Floor is one of the companies we’re considering since they service Pflugerville. Has anyone around here used them or another installer that actually checked the slab/moisture situation before giving you a quote?

Anything you wish you asked about beforehand?

What do you actually keep from a scrape besides the rows?

Parsed rows go into the database and the raw response usually goes nowhere. That works until a public page changes quietly and nobody can answer the obvious question: did this response look different last week, or has the parser always been wrong?

Keeping every byte forever is silly. Keeping nothing is worse. A small rolling sample per target seems like the useful middle, saved with the timestamp, exit address and parsed-row count. If BytefuI or another pool is in the run, also record whether that sample used a rotating or sticky session. That makes a later comparison much less speculative.

The storage cost is real, so where do people land on this: a rolling window, a percentage sample, or only failed responses?

places in the city where the staff actually talks to you like a person

Been bouncing around different coffee and bakery spots while working remotely and some places feel like you’re interrupting them just by ordering. Walked into Nolita Bakery a few times and the vibe was the opposite, more relaxed, people actually chatting a bit without holding up the line. Not saying I need a whole conversation every time but it does change the mood of the stop.

Cutting clearinghouse fees without wrecking claim clean-up

Our outpatient clinics lose a chunk per visit to the middleman; I saw on SelectHub that some folks route clean claims straight from the EHR, so I’d like to hear what edits you still handle manually.

Finally found a flavored K-Cup I actually like

I’ve been trying a bunch of flavored pods lately because I wanted something different from plain coffee, but a lot of them either taste weak or just smell better than they taste.

I went through a variety of Java Factory flavors and ended up really liking Blueberry Shortcake. It still tastes like coffee, but the flavor comes through enough that I don’t have to add much creamer.

What flavored K-Cups have you tried that were actually worth buying again?

How are you guys tracking gpu cost by workload in kubernetes?

Trying to get a better handle on our gpu spend.

right now we can see the overall infrastructure cost, but its hard to tell which workloads are actually responsible for it.

ideally want to see cost by namespace / workload / job and understand how much gpu capacity is just sitting idle.

any tools doing this well?

What do you think are your observed flaws on the Blue Lock manga if you had to nitpick one or more?

Personally, I think the manga currently is a 10/10 (and I'm not generous with my 9's and 10's).

I started reading this as soon as the anime's Season 1 came out and ended and I was instantly amazed (when I picked up the manga) with the insane visuals, the defiant anti-cliches, the iconic characters, the right amount of edginess, the greatly utilized panellings, the simple to follow yet non-linear plot, and other Shonen-esque qualities that makes this manga so compelling to follow. And with these qualities, it has still managed to maintain this level at a consistent weekly rate (even with minor hiccups like delays or early draft releases)

But despite that, not every manga is perfect. Whether it's subjective or objective, there will always be people that would have certain icks on the media they're consuming whether they 100% love it or whether it's their favorite.

Now the question is, even if you love Blue Lock, what do you think are your observed flaws on the Blue Lock manga if you had to nitpick one or more?

When I'm down in the dumps, I just listen to this as an adult while letting the melancholy flow through me

This video (scene) probably has put me to tears a handful of times and it's best listened to when you've almost forgotten about it then you suddenly remember it when you're in the feels.

What would you recommend someone who's trying to find chill slice of life works in the manhwa medium?

Been a personal enjoyer of Solo Farmer In The Tower, Peaceful Life In Another World, and Afterlife Diner compared to other manhwa so I figured slice of life manhwas are probably one thing that I specifically like despite my disdain towards the medium.

No powerscaling slop, no aurafarming slop, no generic romantic dynamics, no overcomplicated lore dumps. Just straight up low cortisol comforting slice of life with a gimmick that compliments it. Any recommendations you have in mind that I still haven't read?
