I always avoid this location due to one employee. She works there during the week during the day shift. On multiple occasions, this employee has made comments about returning baskets and has visibly upset other customers and staff. I have seen her be blatantly rude to customers for going to the wrong fill or not placing their items down “appropriately” at the cash.

One time when I witnessed another staff member become visibly upset after an encounter with her and even made a comment about how uncomfortable she was. Her behaviour has made shopping at this location uncomfortable, to the point where I now avoid this store if I see her working.

Has anyone else experience the same with this employee? Her name is Rosemary.
