ENFP who’s trying to stay single

Hi all! I’m a very true ENFP (29F) and I’ve been in and out of relationships for most of my life and I’ve decided to stay single for the next 6 months (at least). Does anyone else struggle with yearning for a relationship all of the time and how do you deal with that in a period of needing a dating reset?
