Context - Some retarded guys from PU trying to interfere in pec for the purpose of a so called protest against the removal of all stray dogs from the campus because of some cases where some students were bitten by these dogs and also the unhygienic conditions created by these dogs and the increasing population of these dogs . So these unemployed niggas from PU started a protest against this .
