The reply Cheritz Support sent ^
A couple days ago I posted that my Mystic Messenger account was banned along with many others. I just got a reply back from cheritz a few minutes ago and got my account back.
I don’t really post but I’ve seen quite a few people on here show that their account has been banned so I checked mine and it was banned as well. I already send an email for wrongful ban with receipts with proof I bought most of my hourglasses years ago and explained that my other 1000+ hourglasses were saved from replaying the routes. Does anyone have other advice on how to get my account back I don’t want to lose 5 years of progress.
