How does SPP verify household income?

If one parent was laid off and unemployed when the SPP application was submitted, but later returned to work and the family did not update SPP with the change in income, is there any issue or penalty associated with that?

Also, does SPP share or cross-reference income information with the IRS, or could the difference between the income reported to SPP and the household’s eventual tax return create any IRS or tax-related issues?

We travel to Rome, Venice and Florence from Aug 18-31st- Given the heat wave we have the option to pivot and go to neighboring countries instead. Should we cancel italy and explore other countries at this point. The main reason to cancel is the temperature and travelling in the heat with little kids. For anyone there how hot is it?

Hey everyone! We're traveling to Italy from August 17–31 and will be spending 3 days in Florence. One day, we're planning to rent a car and take a day trip to Lucca. For our second day, we're considering one of the bus tours that visits San Gimignano, Siena, and Monteriggioni.

My main concern is whether a 12-hour bus tour in the August heat would be too much with little kids. Would you recommend doing the tour, or would it be better to rent a car again and explore those towns at our own pace? Has anyone done these bus tours before and what was your experience?

We are planning to go to Italy (all the major cities Florence,Venice, Rome, Amalfi) with a 4 & 6 year old..do I take a stroller ? I don't imagine they would walk 20,000 steps a day - what is the most travel friendly compact stroller that will weather the cobbled streets for the both of them ?
