Shift Availability Question

I just started at an Amazon delivery station as a flex associate, yesterday was my last "training" shift and first day on the job by myself. Since my first day I have been logging in to AtoZ prior to the time our shifts drop and refresh as soon as the time hits and all shifts are full. My station is entirely flex associates so I have a hard time believing there are so few shifts when flex is required to work atleast 4 hours a week. Therefore, my question is are shifts really going that fast or is there some kind of new hire restrictions on grabbing shifts? Any advice is helpful, Thanks:)

Early upgrade?

Hello all, I purchased my first slack line about three weeks ago now. It is the cypher trickster line, standard 2 inch ratchet kit. About 2 weeks in I was crossing 25 ft down and back and this past week I was able to go down and back rigged at 55 ft. I don’t really see myself getting into tricklining as I’m more interested in the balanced, walking aspect of it and the 2 inch line is honestly starting to feel too easy. So my question is, should I go ahead and upgrade to a primitive setup despite starting less than a month ago? Or is there more to learn from my current ratchet kit?

So these were my first pair of climbing shoes when I started two years ago, yes I know I didn’t need the “send” shoes for my first but I have no regrets! These are now used almost exclusively on my harder projects with my Madrock drone 2.0’s as my everyday shoes. They are definitely worn out and if I’m going to re-sole now is past the ideal time to do it. However, I’m unsure if resoling is even worth it at this point or if a full replacement would make more sense?
