I’m Egyptian-Canadian and my fiancée is Moroccan. We’re both Muslim, and we were both previously married and are now divorced. We’re planning to get married in Istanbul in the next couple of weeks.
While researching the marriage process in Turkey, it seems that marriages there are primarily civil marriages through the municipality/courts rather than religious Islamic marriages.
Does anyone know if it’s possible for foreigners to have an Islamic marriage ceremony in Turkey without going through the civil court process first? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I got divorced in 2013 in lake county, Illinois where I used to live. Currently, I’m working overseas (Istanbul, Turkey) I need to get a certified copy of the final divorce judgment/decree

Is it possible to request one and have it sent internationally to my address via the court clerk?

Is it possible to hire an attorney or use online service to obtain it?

What is the fastest way to have it in my hand?
