Results Day 📚

For some, today will be a day of celebration. For others, it might not have gone quite the way they hoped.

Whatever side you’re on, remember this: **your results do not define you, and they certainly don’t define your future.**

To everyone who got the grades they were hoping for — congratulations! 🎉 You’ve worked hard for this moment, so take some time to celebrate it. You deserve it.

And if you didn’t get the grades you wanted, I know it can feel like the world is ending today. I’ve been in that position before, and I remember how easy it is to compare yourself to everyone else and feel like you’re falling behind.

But trust me, **one set of results is not going to determine the rest of your life.**

There are so many different routes to where you want to go. Sometimes the path you planned won’t be the path you end up taking — and that’s okay.
What matters is what you do next.

So whether today brings celebration, disappointment, relief, or a mixture of all three, keep moving forward. Your journey is only just beginning. 🤝

**Congratulations to everyone receiving their results today, and good luck with whatever comes next!** 🚀

What should you make the most out of going into an apprenticeship?

I’m starting an apprenticeship soon and was wondering what people who have already been through one think you should make the most of.

Whether that’s networking, learning from colleagues, getting involved in projects, qualifications, social opportunities, or anything else.

What do you wish you had known or done differently when you first started?

Transitioning to legal tech?

I wanted to hear about people switching to legal tech after a few years of NQ, legal tech seems to be getting more and more popular and I still don’t really understand what they do but given the prominence of AI it’s sure to become even more popular.

Would love to hear from anyone in legal tech or looking to transition.

What does Salary Progression look like for UK Consulting firms?

I feel like it’s taboo in the UK to talk about salary but as someone that will be breaking into the consulting industry come September I wanted to hear how salary progression actually looks like in firms such as Accenture or big 4 companies.

What would grad salaries look like, then after finishing what does progression look like?

Appreciate any insight anyone can give🙌🏽
